  By purchasing Emily Storage I understand that as a purchasing user  client, I'm downloading and editing the private forms at my own risk and  not Emily E Storage. Emily E Storage is not an electronic bank or  repository of information - we are only providing a template for storage  of valuable information. If a physician needs your medication list or  medical history immediately - you have the information in seconds  (critical). If your will or living will paper copy or original document  is lost, you have a valid electronic copy. Natural disasters may remove  your ability to recover from insurance or provide your family with  personal belongings and financial records.

    Emily E Storage is not responsible for any information placed on  the template forms or privacy electronic security violations (hacking).  The most secure manner of Emily E Storage information is with a  thumb/flash drive attached to a USB port on your pc - downloading the  form onto the drive and editing Emily E Storage (copies onto other  ancillary thumb drives may also be completed (Amazon purchase of  flash/thumb drives). Your private information is then in your personal  storage thumb/flash drive depot which plugs into a USB port for editing,  electronic transferring (Doctor's office/lawyer/family member) or  placement into a secondary electronic storage repository (ICloud).

    Emily E Storage information may be directly edited after download  and then transferred to Iphone or Android offline WORD document  (free  app), offline google documents (free), or offline pdf documents. Emily E  Storage allows expected future editing after transferring Emily E  Storage documents to your phone or pc with these offline and on line  applications (below).    

    Emily E Storage documents may be also be stored on your pc and  printed (paper copy from phone or pc). At the client user risk, a secure  electronic information storage repository may also be utilized (Apple  ICloud, Google documents on line, Drop Box, Microsoft One Drive, Adobe  documents (Cloud) or simple email folder). There are no guarantees of  privacy with any permanent electronic storage information depot; but  realistically having the information readily available may save your  life, allow insurance proceeds should a natural disaster occur or allow  your family to settle matters during illness or death. Use of long or  short Emily Medical forms and other electronic storage areas is at user  discretion depending on client/family needs.

    Only one form is allowed downloading. Copying, reproducing, sending  by mail or electronic transfer Emily E Storage forms to another user  violates The United States Copyright Law subject to legal prosecution.
